Shipping Policy

Everything is pre packaged with the utmost care to make sure you receive your product in the best conditions possible. Free shipping is currently no longer being offered on products. We've unfortunately has to introduce a flat shipping fee of $25 due to the Battle Mats being categorized as oversized. This increased the cost by $27 for each order. We thank you for your understanding.

Return & Exchange Policy

Because every item is made to order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges. If your order arrived damaged or it wasn't what it was supposed to be, we will definitely replace it at no charge.
